About Us

Your On-Ground Partner for Fleet, Warehouse and Yard Branding Across India

Most logistics companies deal with three or four vendors to get their branding done: one for truck painting, another for warehouse signage, a third for yard marking and someone else for curtains. Each job has to be chased independently. Each city is a different negotiation. LorryZone was built to be the single execution partner for all of it — across cities, across facility types and across the full surface area of a logistics business.

Who We Are

The single on-ground execution layer for India’s logistics sector.

LorryZone is a branding and execution company serving India’s logistics, transport, warehouse and industrial sectors.

We handle fleet branding and commercial vehicle painting, warehouse and facility signage, office and yard marking, truck curtains, tarpaulin covers, and full multi-location rollout management. For companies with vehicles and facilities across multiple cities, we act as the on-ground execution layer — the team that shows up, does the work, and delivers consistently whether the site is in Pune, Guwahati, or Ludhiana.

We operate across 86+ cities in India.

The secondary part of our business is transit media advertising — managing campaigns on trucks, cabs and commercial vehicles for brands that approach us. That work is real and active. But it is not the core of what LorryZone is built to do. The core is execution — on-ground, city by city, surface by surface.

WHAT WE DO

Seven services. One partner.

Fleet Branding & Vehicle Graphics

Logo painting, vinyl graphics, reflective branding and vehicle numbering for logistics fleets and 3PLs.

Commercial Vehicle Painting

High-build automotive finishes built for Indian roads — not showroom finishes that fade in six months.

Warehouse & Yard Signage

Reception logo boards, facility signboards, directional boards, dock identification and yard safety signage.

Floor & Yard Marking

Pedestrian walkways, parking lines, route arrows, dock marking are durable through Indian weather and heavy vehicle traffic.

Truck Curtains & Covers

Custom HDPE/PVC curtains, printed curtain branding, replacement and repair. GSM specification advice included.

Tarpaulin & Industrial Covers

Waterproof, UV-resistant covers for trucks, warehouses and open yards. Available with custom branding.

Pan-India Rollout Management

One point of contact for multi-location execution. Vendor coordination, quality control and reporting.

Transit Media Advertising

Truck, cab and delivery vehicle ad campaigns across 86+ cities. Monitoring and reporting included.

Why LorryZone

Four reasons fleet operators work with us, not around us.

On-Ground Execution, Not Just Supply

We are not a vendor who ships materials and leaves. We send teams to sites, manage quality on location, and document work at completion. The difference between a paint job that holds and one that peels in two monsoons is not the brand of paint — it is how it was applied and in what conditions.

Pan-India Consistency

Maintaining the same brand standard across 20 depots in different states is harder than it sounds. Different local contractors produce different results. We solve this by managing the execution centrally and deploying locally. Same specification, same standard, across every city.

Single Vendor for Vehicles and Facilities

Most logistics businesses split their branding work across multiple vendors. We handle fleet and facility work together. The procurement advantage alone — fewer purchase orders, fewer follow-ups, one account manager — is often enough reason for a company to consolidate with us.

Owned Fleet Is the Floor

When it comes to branding reach: if you only brand your owned fleet, that is your minimum visibility. Your third-party partners — transporters, 3PLs, delivery networks — are what determine how far the brand actually goes. We help logistics businesses think about both.

INDUSTRIES WE SERVE

We work where India moves goods.

Logistics, e-commerce, FMCG, pharma, automotive, industrial. If your business moves goods at scale, your vehicles and facilities are part of your brand — whether you treat them that way or not.

Logistics & 3PL

Fleet operators, logistics companies, and third-party logistics providers across pan-India distribution networks.

E-commerce & Fulfilment

E-commerce brands and fulfillment centers with owned or leased delivery fleets operating across cities.

FMCG & Consumer Goods

FMCG companies and consumer goods distributors with multi-city vehicle fleets and warehouse networks.

Pharma & Healthcare

Pharmaceutical distributors and healthcare supply chain companies with temperature-controlled delivery fleets.

Automotive & Manufacturing

Vehicle OEMs, spare parts distributors, and manufacturers needing consistent fleet and facility branding.

Industrial & Infrastructure

Construction and industrial companies needing yard signage, floor marking, and safety-compliance signage.

OUR FOUNDERS

Built by people who have worked the supply chain.

Sanjeev Rai - Co-Founder of LorryZone

Co-Founder

“The logistics sector had the fleet. It had the facilities. What it lacked was a system to make them visible consistently — city by city, vendor by vendor. That is the problem LorryZone was built to solve.”

Sanjeev Kumar Rai brings an IT background — having worked with waterfall and agile frameworks to break complex problems into executable parts. He applied the same approach to what he found was one of the most disorganized segments of logistics: fleet and facility branding.

At LorryZone, he is responsible for the systems and protocols that make consistent execution possible across vendors, cities and facility types. His core belief: a logistics company that says it operates 5,000 vehicles should be able to show 5,000 vehicles on the road — branded, consistent, and visible. That gap between the pitch deck and the ground is what LorryZone closes.

Co-Founder

“Most branding vendors understand materials and design. Very few understand how a warehouse actually operates or why a fleet operator cannot afford to ground a truck for three days while branding is completed.”

Dharam Chand Patel brings operational knowledge to LorryZone. His background is in logistics and fleet management. He manages the commercial and operational relationships that allow LorryZone to execute across multiple states and facility types — understanding the constraints of the supply chain from the inside, not from a vendor’s catalogue.
